Terms of use

Clear expectations for using KidsProgramFinder.

These terms describe the current rules for using the directory and provider tools. Last updated September 4, 2026.

Using the directory

KidsProgramFinder helps families discover activities and helps providers maintain business listing information. You may use the service for lawful personal, family, or business purposes. Do not interfere with the service, try to access another person's account, submit false information, or use the site to collect information about children.

Listing information

Listings are assembled from available business information and can change. We do not guarantee that an activity, provider, schedule, price, age range, enrollment status, or availability is complete, current, or right for your family. Confirm details directly with the provider before making plans or purchases.

Provider accounts and requests

Provider tools are for business owners, authorized representatives, and staff. A secure email link or Google sign-in creates an account after the identity method is verified. A claim, correction, submission, logo update, or removal request does not take effect until the required review process is complete.

Your submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, current, and authorized for you to share. Do not submit private child information, infringing material, deceptive claims, malware, or content that violates another person's rights. We may review, decline, remove, or correct submissions to protect the directory and its users.

Third-party services

The directory can link to provider websites, registration systems, maps, and Google sign-in. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. KidsProgramFinder is not responsible for third-party content, availability, purchases, registrations, or communications that occur after you leave this site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will remain available on this page with its updated date. For a general question, use the contact page. For a business listing, use the appropriate claim, correction, submission, or removal workflow.

Keep the directory useful.

Report a listing issue through the relevant workflow so it can be reviewed with the right context.
