We receive the information you choose to send, such as a provider account email address, a business listing submission, a claim, a correction, a removal request, or a contact message. When you search by address, city, ZIP code, or approved browser location, we use that information to find nearby results.
We use information to operate the directory, create and protect provider accounts, evaluate listing requests, respond to messages, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of listing information. We do not sell personal information or use it to build a behavioral advertising profile for a child.
Location searches are optional. If you enter an address, city, or ZIP, Finder uses it to show nearby results. We do not use a location search to create a child or family profile.
Provider sign-in can use a secure email link or Google. Account and directory operations use service providers that help us host the site and manage authentication. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required to protect the service, users, or legal rights.
KidsProgramFinder is designed for parents, caregivers, and provider representatives. Do not send a child's name, birth date, health information, school information, photo, or other child personal information through this site. Age filters are used only to describe program fit and do not create a child profile.
We keep account, listing, request, and security records only for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain trustworthy listings, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. You can request a listing correction or removal review, or send a privacy question through the contact page.
