These policies explain how listing information is sourced, reviewed, and presented.
Listing information is collected from available business sources and may change. KidsProgramFinder does not guarantee that a listing is complete, current, or accurate. Providers are responsible for reviewing and validating their own details.
Claims and corrections require a provider account, verification information, and an independent staff decision. Claimants cannot approve their own claim.
At launch, this label will mean a provider identity and authority check was approved. It will not mean KidsProgramFinder endorses the provider, program, availability, or suitability for a child.
When you share a location or search by address, city, or ZIP, results are limited to a 10-mile radius and ordered by distance. Without a location, results use the words and category you search for. Payment is not an organic-ranking input.
If a sponsored placement is available in the future, it will be selected separately from organic results and visibly labeled. Payment cannot change an organic result score or order.
Information can change after it is collected. Providers should validate their listing, and families should confirm availability, fit, and current details directly with the provider before making plans.
